Conversion of traditional B Listed Apartment in Glasgow West Conservation Area to create an improved layout and modern interiors.

When our clients purchased this listed property in the Glasgow West Conservation Area, as a potential downsizer, they were unconvinced by the awkward layout and series of small impractical rooms.  We explored several layout options before realising the final scheme to open two of the main apartments into one central open kitchen / dining and working with the remaining rooms as they were.  Full refurbishment and upgrading the entire property with a high end specification, resulted in a sleek modern interior, with gloss white kitchen and sanitaryware fitting supplied by Porcelanosa and the Client’s impeccable interior styling, whilst respectfully incorporating the period features of this listed building.  The end product not only added value, but sold instantly as a result, providing an enviable apartment to its new owners in this prime location.
