Modern Brick villa, located in Bearsden, built adjacent traditional Victorian properties, this unique house, sits proud with raised entry, allowing split level living internally.

The existing property is a modern brick detached villa, which has undergone many upgrades to create a contemporary raised entrance, via new external staircase and new glazing throughout.

Internally the property has also undergone many alterations to open up the rear rooms, but the kitchen space was limited and the raised level did not allow direct access to the garden.

By extending a single storey form to the rear, a couple of steps down were introduced to better connect the new living accommodation with the garden. The new space, allowing the kitchen to spread out, into the existing dining area and a new master bedroom suite with en-suite facilities provided to the side.

Rooflights add additional natural light into the existing spaces and glazed doors to the triple height hall, allowing a connection between the split levels. The utility room and WC were also upgraded as part of the works which were completed early 2020.
