Conversion of a B Listed Townhouse, located in Glasgow City Centre to form 6 x no Serviced Apartments, offering unique accommodation as an alternative to the local hotels.

Careful restoration of a B Listed Townhouse, which had been sitting empty as a redundant office block, to create unique service apartments, located in a prime city centre location.  Preservation of all original features, ensuring the fabric of this listed building were retained and restored to their former glory, allowing the careful insertion of open plan kitchens and en-suite bathrooms to each room. 

The main entrance and open staircase with cupola above have been refurbished, to allow natural light to enter the communal areas, with the integration of all necessary services, such as smoke ventilation and alarms, heating, mechanical ventilation all serviced from a concealed plant room on the lower ground floor.  A raised external terrace, allows guests to benefit from an outdoor recreational space, should they wish to relax in this unique terrace garden, serving all apartments.
